Jason Windows have a 30-day return policy for spare parts, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Please note that returns will need to be returned to Jason Windows via any of the following ways:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned by post if they are classed as dangerous goods by Australia Post such as Touch Up Spray Paint. These goods will need to be returned in person.
Jason Windows will happily exchange purchased goods if the exchangeable item is in good re-saleable condition and has not been damaged.
Jason Windows will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund to your account.

Faulty or Damaged Products
Under Australian Consumer Law, you have the right to a refund, repair or replacement if the goods fail under normal use within a reasonable time frame. Jason Windows have a 2-year spare parts warranty. Please refer to the Jason Windows warranty statement on the Jason Windows website www.jasonwindows.com.au
When Returns Will Not Be Accepted
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are not entitled to return a product if you:
• Found the product cheaper elsewhere
• Damaged the product by misusing it
• Used the product for a reasonable time and the problem is as a result of usual wear and tear.
Jason Windows reserves the right to not accept a product for a refund when proof of purchase cannot be provided.
